[BRLTTY] Left pan button instead of right

That's very easy to achieve, the only slightly tricky bit might be
finding the right file to edit depending on your ddriver. Go to
/etc/brltty/Input, choose the subdirectory which matches your driver
code (e.g bm for Baum) and grep for FWINLT and/or FWINRT. You can then
swap the definitions around before restarting brltty. This should do the
trick. If anybody knows of a more straightforward way, please chime in.
