[BRLTTY] brltty 6.5 nvda python

hello Dave and Samuel,

thanks for your answers.

I have now installed python 32bit version 3.8.10 installer for windows,
which is the last installerpackage.

But there is no success. I become the same error, that there is no entry
in the registry for the python version.

I also become the error

"can not find //etc/brltty.conf"

if i start one of the *.bat files and i have done that as user and  as
administrator from the explorer.
