[BRLTTY] compiling latest for Bookworm?

     In the documentation at https://brltty.app/download.html#current

it says there are Debian packages at 
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/b/brltty/

This link seems to be broken.

If I compile the latest release from source I find that the Python 
package python-all-dev has no installation candidate.  I assume it wants 
python3-all-dev.  If this is correct the developers may want to update 
the file

Tools/reqpkgs.d/debian:python-all-dev
