[BRLTTY] Not working: Brailliant BI 40X on Bullseye

No, it needs at least 6.5 for the BI 40X.

I don't use a Debian-based distribution so I'd appreciate the advice of one who does on this issue. That's definitely not the service unit that's provided by brltty. At the very least, it should be providing the -n (--no-daemon) option as well as specifying Type=notify. Maybe 6.5 is available as a test or experimental build.

Looks okay.

So brltty is stopping, without logging any kind of error, before it hasn't even finished initializing.

True, but the actual problem is much more serious - the newer log doesn't show the braille driver starting.
