[BRLTTY] Current make errors on osx

Hello Dave,

Building from source  just now give the following errors (included file)

In addition,  osx 13 Ventura keeps /usr/bin/tclsh for compatibility,
It will be removed in next versions of osx.
They say  to install  the corresponding macport.

Please let me know if I miss something.
