[BRLTTY] Focus Keyboard not working

Hello Dave,

I tried that before I posted to the list.

Perhaps, I should remove the BRLTTY package and reinstall it in case
something got corrupted during the initial installation.

The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is that you may have
disabled the braille keyboard. Try doing Space + k + Dot8 (so Space + dots
138) to force it to be enabled.
