[BRLTTY] Slightly OT: Braille support on MacOS

Hey all,

thank you for all your thoughts on that. It was already very interesting 
and helpful.

Mario, maybe you're right and Applevis would have been a better place to 
discuss that, compared to this list. The reason why I chose to right 
here was because on one hand, here are persons using and relying on 
Braille display, and also some of you who use the terminal. But thank 
you for the idea, I'll also search on Applevis.
