[BRLTTY] I can not run Tieman Braille Voyager with Brltty on Windows 10

Hello,
I have probably found it.
When i was on the Path item, I chose edit and added the following:
C:\Users\jazze\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311-32
. Now I can see a new path here but it still does not help.
Maybe the syntax of newly added path is wrong...
