[BRLTTY] Focus Keyboard not working

Hi Paul,
You can get the sources of brltty on the website, brltty.app
It is a tarball the name of the file ends in tar.gz, hope you are
familiar with that.
In it you can find the directory Tables/Input, what you can try is copy
the contents of that directory into /etc/brltty/Input  on your problem
machine. Then restart brltty and see what happens.
