[BRLTTY] [implementation question] Initialisation of BrailleDisplay

Hi

I'm currently trying to understand the interaction between a specific driver
(HandyTech) and the generic braille abstraction in BRLTTY. At the moment, I'm
stuck at finding the definition of the BrailleDisplay type. It seems that for
some types, the struct is declared within the driver, but for the majority,
I'm unable  to find the initialisation point. I suspect this is due to some
macro generation.
Is anyone able to give me a hint here?
