[BRLTTY] is documentation correct? was Re: Misssing files in BRLTTY Ubuntu

     I can't find brltty-setcaps on Debian either.  Maybe there is a 
space in the command so '-setcaps' is a parameter, I don't know.

I wonder if it was a script and the functionality was moved into the 
program, or if it isn't in Brltty 6.5.
